Hari

"Hari" my mom calls from downstairs. My heart thump thump thump as I stray down the stairs.

As soon as I come to the last stairs I reply

"yes mom".

"Do you mind buying a few things...dad has a guest over at 8pm tonight" she shouts. A sigh escapes my lips as I walk over to her. I really hate guests.

"Sure..tell me what to get I'll leave in ten minutes" I say adjusting my leather jacket and checking my outfit If it's right to go out with.

A satisfying smile spreads on my face when I'm done examining my outfit.

"We need..." after she told me what to buy,I grab my keys and step out of the house and into the parking lot.

I unlock my car door and sit inside and start the engine. I so much love cars.

I turn on the radio and listen to some music and hum along as I drive to the supermarket.

"I know you want it baby,you know I want ya,don't underestimate the things that I could do...."

The music stops as I turn of my radio and disconnect my Bluetooth.

I open the car door letting the fresh air mingle with my hair as I step out. Entering the store,I greet the lady who stood behind the cashier table and make my way into the market.

My eyes scan the place looking for the specific ingredients my mom told me to buy.

My eyes fall on a muscular figure standing in the Isle.

I walk over to the row of things and stand less than five foot far from this hot guy. The way he's muscles flex when he reaches for the chocolate bag from the top row.

That's the same chocolates my mom likes. I should probably take one too.

I reach out for the chocolate bag and take two packets and put it in the basket I have for all the things.

The guy disappears before I could even look where he went to.

A sigh escapes my lips as I just throw a few more things in the basket before going to the till.

"Mrs Hari..you looking gorgeous" maria the cashier says while scanning my items. "Thank you,you dont look bad yourself" I reply and walk out after paying for the things just bought.

I've known Maria for quite a long time since we moved here in seoul a few years ago. Three years ago.

My phone vibrates in the nest of my pocket and I retrieve it out.

Not minding to look at the caller id,I bring it up to my ears and answer.

"Well hello there beautiful" the most disgusting voice rings through the phone. My eyes widen as I drop the bags in the car.

"E-eric" I stutter,unable to get words to form through the lump in my throat.

Eric was my ex doctor boyfriend who used to abuse me before.

Whenever I went to the hospital for my swollen face or any body part,he used to treat me but still hurt me on top of that.

Tears threaten to fall from my eyes but I blink it back.

"What do you want Eric" I ask trying to keep my cool. I'll not let him be satisfied with me being scared of him anymore.

"I see my hon started getting brave huh" he tsks over the phone with an ugly chuckle.

"F-" before he could say anything,I cut the call and start my car.

I drive faster than I did on my way to the store.

When I get home,I open the car door and take the bags before locking my car and walking in.

"What took you so long" my mom says running to me an grabbing the bags from my hands before returning back to her work.

"The store was full" I lie easily which seems like she accepted.

My mom and dad never knew about what happened with me before because I never told them and never will tell them.

"Go finish up..your dad will be here any minute". My mom says cutting me off from my thoughts.

With a nod,I take off my jacket and throw it over my arm before walking up.

"Hii pussy" I say bending down to pat my cat on her head.

A smile spreads on my face when she snuggles around my leg. I just love this animal.

Picking her up from the floor,I open my door and place her on the bend before throwing myself next to her.

She sits on my stomach and makes herself comfortable.

The door bell cuts me off from my thoughts and I hope up. My dad is here and I didn't even shower.

I take a peek from my window to see if there's another car but no,it's only my dad's car which means I still have time.

Turning on the water,I turn it to mid want and step into it.

The water runs awesomely down my hair and my body while I wash myself with the soap.

After finishing I turn the tap off and grab the towel to wrap around me before walking out.

I open my wardrobe a deep step inside examining what to wear.

I chose a royal blue ankle length dress with a knee slit and a black jacket.

I hate dresses but today is an exception.

I check myself out in the mirror before grabbing black sneakers from my shoe rack and put it on.

I toss my hair into a bun leaving a sliver out in the front.

After I finish I step in front of the mirror to check myself out.

I grab my perfume and spray a bit on.

I blow a kiss in the mirror with a wink to myself before walking out of my room and downstairs.

"Hey dad" I salute with a smile.
My dad is my hero from the start.

"Hey cupcake" he says opening her arms and I gladly run into it before he closes it around me.

My parents always felt like a real home.

"How was work" I ask moving away and taking my seat. My dad goes to my mom and kisses her forehead before joining the opposite seat from me.

"It was nice" he says taking a sip from he's water.

We chit chat a bit before the door bell rings.

"Hari..will you get that" my mom asks wiping her hands from the dish cloth.

I walk over to the door and unlock it.

No way!!!

This is the same guy I saw in the store. Don't tell me this is the guest.

"Hi" he says with he's one hand in he's pocket and a bag in the other.

"H-hi" I reply with a smile.

"Open the goddamn door Hari" my mom growls behind me.

Shit,I forgot.

Opening the door wider,he steps in and walks past me. He's Cologne hits my nose sending me straight to heaven and back.

I walk inside and see my father and him talking while drinking some wine.

"This is my daughter Hari" my father says nodding in my way.

"What a beautiful young lady" he says getting up. My hand reaches out to introduce myself.

He takes it in he's and my hand disappears.

"Jungkook" he says lifting our hands to he's mouth and kisses the back of my hand.

He kissed my hand. God I feel like a 13 year old getting her first kiss

"N-nice to meet you Mr jungkook" I say pulling my hand quickly back.

I walk into the kitchen and grab a drink from the fridge to cool me down.

That was epic.
